Home / Gore Instructors

I have always been into health and fitness.

The dedication to be fit and chase my sporting dreams led me to study Phys Ed and Commerce at Otago University in the late 90’s. Currently I am Mum to two small boys and I live and work on the farm with my husband.

We are passionate about horses where we breed, train and compete with them.I worked as a strength and conditioning coach for many years until shifting to Southland in 2010 where I started the Spin programme in Gore.

This has been going for 10 years now and I still love to see people of all fitness levels and ages come and enjoy indoor cycling with me.

What I love about the gym:

I love that absolutely anyone can do spin, no matter your age or fitness level . I’ll never leave you behind.
I love the team atmosphere and NRG Gore, its a motivating and inspiring movement – come be a part of it .
