I have always been involved in many aspects of health and fitness while training and competing at an extremely high level.

On top of my daily training, I am a qualified PT, Les Mills RPM, Sprint and Body Balance instructor, after achieving the modules. I am a keen participant in all the classes and training that Les Mills provide and regularly attend the Les Mills workshops. This helps to keep up to date with all the new best practice training methods and psychology around training these fantastic programmes to get the most out of the training for all levels of the athletes attending these classes.

My background is that I am originally from Chile, living in New Zealand for the last 6 years. I have been training since I was 5 years old. I was involved in a Synchronised swimming team, going on to become part of the Chilean National team when I was 8 years old and becoming a professional athlete. This involved year of swimming training, while adding physical training, psychologist preparation, nutritionist training and so on. Teaching me discipline, hard work, teamwork and ethic. When I turned 20 years old, I changed sports and joined the Chilean Water Polo National team.

With my experience, modules achieved and knowledge of these classes while also continuing to upskill and continuously achieve more of the modules Les Mills has to offer, I have a true love for what I do and believe I have a lot to offer our clients here at NRG Wanaka. I have an extremely hard work ethic and a very positive can-do attitude which I have often been commended on from my students. This really drives me to become the best I can be at what I do out of sheer love and passion for my job in the health and fitness industry.
