I started football at age 7 and I have played it all my life. As I got older I started swimming which I love and became a qualified Surf Lifeguard.
I have been attending the gym for 2 years which has created a love of all things health, fitness and wellness.
Most days you’ll find me at the gym in the morning doing Metafit/ Bootcamp, as those high intensity workouts are my absolute favourite way to train. I also enjoy chill Pilates.
