I have always thought a healthy mind is a healthy body. Through moving our bodies we get our endorphins running, feel so much better mentally which in turn makes us feel great physically too.

I was born in New Zealand but have lived most of my life overseas, in a number of countries. I’ve trained and worked in the fitness industry since 2017 and love all things health and fitness, whether it’s in the gym, participating in group classes, working out in a smaller team or in the great outdoors. My favourite thing is sharing that amazing feeling people get as soon as they move their bodies, I love watching that smile appear and the confidence start to blossom. I thrive on helping people to achieve their goals.

I’m here to help you, whether you’ve been training for years, days or just new into the fitness thing!! I’d love to help you in a one-on-one or see you in one of my Les Mills classes or Tribe seasons.
