I turned my lifelong passion for anything outdoors and movement-based into a career after having my 2 children. Now 19 and 18 respectively I have even more time to dedicate to my students and clients. An early career in gymnastics lead to competitive horse riding, snow skiing and snowboarding. A visit to Wanaka in my early teens awakened a feeling inside me that I can only say felt like coming home. Finally, many years and qualifications later I am very proud to now call Wanaka home as we build our forever home and put down our final roots here.

Nearly a decade flying with Air New Zealand lead me into a career in the Fitness Industry. I started at Pulse Fitness in Queenstown, qualified as a Personal Trainer, and began my journey as a Les Mills Instructor in Body Balance. Once we moved to Christchurch 12 years ago, I took on Body Pump and CX Works alongside their Personal Trainer Modules. 7 years working for lululemon in various roles from Ambassador to Manager and Assistant Manager supported my dream to qualify as a Yoga Instructor. 200 hours completed in 2017 at Grassroots Yoga in Christchurch followed by 65 hours of Yin Yang/Yoga Nidra with Jo Phee in 2018. The last 2 years I have been teaching Yoga full time alongside Group Fitness at Les Mills in Christchurch.

My motivation in this ever-changing industry comes from connection. Connection to you, the person, and how I can help facilitate you to be the best version of yourself possible in a way that supports your lifestyle. Whether that is in a class or a one-on-one meeting. I hope the person you see on stage is the person you see off stage. My passion is to help people understand how to move in a safe way that enhances their quality and quantity of life.
